Privacy & your data

What Make My Day stores, what it never collects, and where your data lives. No server, no account, no tracking.

Make My Day is private by design — not as a promise bolted on afterwards, but because of how it’s built.

Your calendars and reminders stay where they are

Make My Day reads and writes your events and tasks directly in the accounts you already use — iCloud, Google, Exchange, or whatever you’ve set up in your Mac and iPhone settings. It doesn’t copy them into a separate service. Every change you make flows straight back to your real accounts.

What Make My Day actually stores

The only thing Make My Day keeps of its own is a thin planning layer: your goals, the links between tasks and goals, your daily outcome, and how you’ve chosen to view things. That layer lives on your devices and syncs across them through your own private iCloud — never a moosystems server.

What it never does

  • No account. There’s nothing to sign up for.
  • No server. Your planning data doesn’t pass through us.
  • No tracking, no analytics, no ads. The app contains no third-party tracking code.
  • No AI reading your day. Nothing is sent to a language model.

No lock-in

Because everything is written back to your own calendars and reminders, you can stop using Make My Day at any time and lose nothing. You can even run it alongside your existing apps — the data stays consistent everywhere.
